01
A nine-step roadmap to understand what keeps going wrong, change how you show up, and rebuild trust and connection—without pretending the hard parts never happened.
02
Find peace when sadness does not equal weak faith. Reclaim energy from spiritual burnout and the cycle of constant guilt.
03
Get clarity on what is fueling anxiety, including small things that build into stress, and find ways to handle worry without being embarrassed by it.
04
Make sense of the shock and confusion after a betrayal, and begin to understand what to do with feelings you have kept to yourself.
05
Find direction when you are at a crossroads, pieces of life are not fitting together, or everyday motivation feels out of reach.
06
Experience more peace when you have built a life, family, or career, yet still feel behind or wonder why everyone else seems to have it figured out.
07
Find grace when you are expected to have it handled. Make room for faith, questions, and the struggles that can follow what you have been taught to do.
08
Face painful memories and difficult emotions at a pace that feels manageable, and begin moving toward peace and the life you want.
Our approach: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), with faith-informed care when it matters to you. Veteran- and first-responder-informed.
Meet your counselor
I became a therapist because I know how it feels when you’re trying to make changes and realize you just can’t do it on your own. I’ve sat with individuals who came in feeling trapped in a cycle, tired of just surviving, and looking for relief and healing—and left knowing they could get through hard things, learn from mistakes, and move forward with confidence.
My approach for individual therapy is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I incorporate faith-based principles because I know how much beliefs affect everyday decisions and how we feel about ourselves and others.
I work with faith-based individuals across Oklahoma and Missouri, including veterans and military members, navigating PTSD, anxiety, betrayal trauma, life transitions, depression, and other challenges—people ready to stop surviving their life and start building the one they always wanted.
