Reject optional storage leaves it off. Customize choices allows you to choose this provider service independently of essential preference storage. This site’s own analytics and advertising tags are disabled in every state; the external provider’s attribution is separate.

You can use the consultation form without optional consent. You can also open the scheduling provider’s separate page, which makes a direct connection to that provider under its own practices.

Stores only the optional scheduling preference, policy version and timestamp. Valid for 180 days from your last saved choice; after expiration or a policy-version change we ask again. Expired data is removed when this site next checks it. It contains no form answers, IP address, visitor ID or campaign parameters. LocalStorage has no automatic browser expiry; this site enforces the validity period.

A read-only browser visit observed provider localStorage keys ghl_analytics_user_id, v3_first_session_event_*, v2_history_*, v2_session_history_* and v2_contact_session_*_session_id. These are associated with the provider’s session/attribution activity; an automatic request to its attribution_service/user_session_v3/create_session endpoint was observed without entering information. The provider also set a __cf_bm cookie on .leadconnectorhq.com with roughly a 30-minute expiry in that visit. These are provider-origin records, not app-created first-party storage. LocalStorage retention, stored values, downstream processing and behavior in other browsers/configurations have not been verified. The practice must confirm them before collecting clinical information; no fixed provider-retention period is promised.

Legacy Google cookies · Disabled

This site no longer loads Google Tag Manager or Google Ads, including the no-JavaScript tracking iframe. It attempts to delete accessible first-party cookies named GAESA, _ga, _ga_*, _gid, _gat, _gat_*, _gcl_* and _gac_* on site paths/domains it can address. These include first-party cookie names observed in the older published site. They are cleanup targets, not cookies newly set by this version. Old expirations vary; server-only or third-party cookies cannot be removed by this code.

No active first-party analytics, advertising or campaign-attribution storage was found in the site’s form flow. The unused sidebar component contains a sidebar_state preference cookie (seven days); the public pages do not mount that component or set that cookie.

Withdrawal, expiration and blocked storage

Open Cookie settings and select Reject optional storage at any time. The website unloads the optional calendar, stops future optional loads, and performs the legacy-cookie cleanup above. No top-level third-party calendar helper is loaded by this version. It also responds to changes from another tab. This cannot retract prior disclosures, cancel processing already underway at a provider, or delete third-party/server-held data. Use the provider’s controls or request assistance from the practice for that data.

If browser storage is blocked, malformed or expired, optional services stay off. Forms remain usable. With unavailable storage, dismissing the banner applies only to this page visit and you may be asked again after navigation or reload.

Connections that are not optional tracking

Hosting serves this website and its assets, including locally hosted Lora and DM Sans font files. This version does not connect to Google Fonts to display its typography. The website host still receives normal request metadata, including IP address and browser headers.
